Sebastian Gatica Montero est diplômé d'un master en Sciences et d'un doctorat de l'University College de Londres. Universitaire, consultant, entrepreneur social et fellow Askoka, il est actuellement directeur de Colab, laboratoire d'innovation sociale, qui a notamment lancé Alto Impacto, l'incubateur "régénératif". Il a publié diverses études qui ont contribué au débat sur l'entrepreneuriat et l'économie sociale au Chili et en Amérique latine. Il a créé diverses fondations  et entreprises sociales certifiées B.Corp.

Sebastian Gatica Montero holds a Masters of Science and a Ph.D from University College London. Academic, consultant, social entrepreneur and fellow Askoka, he is currently director of Colab, a social innovation laboratory which launched Alto Impacto, a "regenerative" incubator. He has published various studies which have contributed to the debate on social entrepreneurship. and social economy in Chile and Latin America. He has created various B.Corp certified foundations and social enterprises.
