Après des études de marketing et de finances, Philippe Rajosefa a travaillé 20 ans dans un groupe bancaire mutualiste. Fin 2009, il prend la direction du réseau régional d’accompagnement à la création d’entreprises innovantes Synersud et du fonds d’amorçage Créalia. Responsable d’Alter’Incub, incubateur d’innovation sociale de l’Urscop Occitanie-Pôle Méditerranée depuis janvier 2017, il poursuit entre autres des travaux d’ingénierie sur les outils d’accompagnement spécifiques à l’innovation sociale.

After studying marketing and finance, Philippe Rajosefa spent 20 years in a mutual banking group. At the end of 2009, he became director of Synersud, the regional network supporting the creation of innovative companies, and of Crealia, a seed fund. Since January 2017, he is manager of Alter’Incub, incubator of social innovation launched by the Occitania regional network of cooperative enterprises (France). He carries out engineering works to develop social innovation specific support tools.
