Depuis l'adolescence, Gloria Gubianas a montré un intérêt pour les projets ayant un impact social et environnemental.Son envie d'entreprendre et d'être un agent de changement l'a amenée à participer à Teamlabs, Leinn,  où elle acréé Sheedo, un papier à utiliser et à planter. Deux ans plus tard, elle est retourné au Nepal, pour lancer l'entreprise qu'elle co-dirige aujourd'hui, Hemper. En 2019, elle a été sélectionnée par INCO et la Fondation Chanel comme "femme entrepreneur de l'année" en Espagne.

Since adolescence,Gloria Gubianas has shown interest in projects with a social and environmental impact. Her desire to be an entrepreneur and to be an agent of change led her to participate in Teamlabs, Leinn, where she created Sheedo, a paper to use and plant. Two years later, she found a way to return to the place that had changed her life: Nepal, to launch the company she co-runs today, Hemper. In 2019, she was selected by INCO and the Chanel Foundation as "woman entrepreneur of the year" in Spain.
