The International Gathering on Social Innovation are organised remotely for the first time, using the Zoom events platform. You can attend the event for free but must have your own Zoom account (even if it is a free one). If not, you will have to create one by following this link (beware that it will take at least 5 minutes to activate the account).You should also download the Zoom application ("Zoom Client for Meetings") on your computer and open it from your computer, ensuring that you are using the same email address for both.


We are guiding you step by step

  1. First, CLICK HERE but be sure not to wait till the last minute ;)
  2. You then access the full programme (scroll through the content thanks to the elevator on the right side of the screen) and can register thanks to the blue button on the right.
  3. If you are not already logged in to your Zoom account, you will be asked to enter your username and password.Don’t forget to open also the app on your computer (using the same username and password)
  4. Once you are logged in, a window opens warning you that the event will be recorded or livestreamed. Click on the blue button to agree and continue.
  5. The new screen gives you attendee information and displays three checkboxes : you must check the first one before being able to place your order.
  6. Here comes the actual registration step. « Inscription aux Rencontres internationales » is already checked : this is the single registration you have to make for the two days and every sessions. Click on « Continue ».
  7. You are all good and ready to attend the event as soon as the webinars open ! In the meantime, from the 20th of November, you can chat in the lobby with the other attendees.

Make sure that you have uploaded the last update of Zoom app.

If you wish to benefit from all the features of the Zoom events platform, you shall choose to use a computer or a tablet rather than a mobile phone. You will thus have access to the lobby that allows you to interact with the other attendees and participants 10 days before the event and up to 30 days after.

A single registration gives you access to all sessions on both days. You can choose to attend whichever you want.

As the number of participants is limited, we recommend that you register as soon as possible !
